"Would stay again, but not the best. The place is a little weird. No one was present at the front desk on arrival. After calling some numbers on the desk someone eventually turned up. They were very friendly but clearly unprepared. The rooms, while amazingly decorated, were not at all clean. On top of that, the plumbing and window fixtures were quite noisy. The nearby airport was actually no problem in comparison. "

Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. "I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I walked down to the beach, easily took the bus to the night market, and was welcomed by the staff each time I walked in. There isn’t transportation from the hotel to the airport (there is vice versa) and the front staff helped me call a taxi. If I return to Jeju I’ll return to Hotel Leo! "
