Situated right in the heart of Yeppoon, this spacious 2 bedroom first floor apartment is fully self contained with stylish new furnishings. Park your car in the secure car accommodation and take a stroll to Yeppoon’s famous Lagoon or Keppel Kracken. Grab your morning coffee down at one of the many café’s and then onto (3 minute walk) the Yeppoon beachfront to leave your footprints in the sand or enjoy.

This complex is complete with pool and lift and offers everything you need for your holiday. Enjoy the ocean views cooling sea breezes from the balcony - great place to relax and enjoy all the Capricorn Coast and Yeppoon CBD offers.

This two bedroom apartment boasts a Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 king single beds in bedroom 2 plus built in cupboards. Sleeps 4 people max.

Secure undercover car parking with lift to all levels. Park your car and then walk to beach and all of Yeppoon CBD facilities.

Modern bathroom with separate powder room and loads of storage. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. All you have to do is bring your beach towel for the swimming pool and beach.

Just 10 minutes drive away is Rosslyn Bay Harbour and Marina to go out to our beautiful Keppel Islands and 5 minutes drive to Yeppoon Golf Course for 18 holes of golf. 2 minutes drive to two different shopping centres, Keppel Bay Plaza and Yeppoon Central.

Payment was easy and communication about accessing the property was prompt and clear. It was decorated in a mostly white and beachside theme which was a nice touch and was appreciated because it kept the apartment cool. Even though it was winter the difference between Yeppoon and our hometown was still extremely noticeable. There was a fridge, hob and microwave for cooking, plus plenty of utensils and condiments. There were toiletries and laundry pods provided however we had our own. You could travel here with just your essentials and be pretty set up. We liked the fact that there is secure undercover parking. There are however steps up to the room to access the fob for this initially so could be something to bear in mind for any mobility challenges. From the car park there is lift access. The spaces are numbered although it did not get full during our stay and the majority of the apartments appear to be permanent residences. There are shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The beach and lagoon are also a fairly easy walk and our children loved the Keppel Kraken and Apex playground. We walked to the centre most days for breakfast and didn't have the same thing twice. If there is one gripe it's that we couldn't use the smart tv advertised without using a phone hotspot. WiFi would be useful for tourists. However this wasn't advertised so no points deducted! We will more than likely return.

Super clean spacous unit
We had a great few days staying in this unit. It was beautifully clean and had most things we needed. We could not find a clothes rack which we would have liked but we managed. Beds are comfortable and the shower is hot and good presure. We could walk to the main street with ease. Great stay. It's certainly recommend it.
