This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. If you are visiting from US or Europe, I promise you that this is where you want to stay. All the love from room 1209

Centrally located and convenient to many restaurants and points of interest. Most of the staff was nice, but seemed put out when you ask a question. Housekeeping and maintenance crew kept saying "no English" and never smiled or acknowledge you when you greet them.

Clean hotel near all attractions

Hotel was very clean with very friendly English speaking staff. Very large breakfast buffet with great selection and staff keep it stocked. Will love to come back.
