This is a nice boutique hotel located not far from Yerevan city center—about a 20 to 30-minute walk to most points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved.

A nice hotel in Yerevan

It is located on a quiet side street of Baghramyan Avenue, quite close to the city centre, restaurants etc. It is largely quite good, except the noise coming from other rooms. Another inconvenience was that one has to book the sauna well in advance and it is often reserved by somebody else. The breakfast was OK but unremarkable. And it would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room. The staff is friendly. By and large, I would stay there again.

Staff was really nice and hospitable, especially with my early check-in. Room was nice and comfortable (both room and bathroom are newly renovated), steam room was amazing. Location is good, walking distance to the Cascade Complex and city center.

- awful Internet; I had to drag the table close to the door to get wifi signal stronger - there are bath and shower separated, no shower over the bath; the shower cabin is very small in size - no glasses, kettle, any kitchenware there; but there is minibar, - not clear how to use it without glasses - the window is dirty; the room it clean though

Ikke interessert og bruke mer tid til denne saken.

Først jeg må si vi rom er veldig kalt fordig hadde problem med luft systeme og mange ganger vi kontakte resepsjon for å komme fikse set. Bad rom er veldig kalt og hadde ikke noen varme systemer. Vi var der om c 14 dager men byttet ikke dyne trekk og putte trekk. Vaske mann kommer noen ganger i uke og bare kaste søppel og byttet håndkleet og toalett papir ikke noen mer. Åi åi åi frokost veldig dårlig FK: hadde noen ost det var gammel og veldig hard der hadde gammel koke egg og gamle brød. Total vi er ikke interessert og anbefale der for en time også.

Me and my wife booked this stay as a mini vacation and the sauna/pool area was a big part of us deciding this hotel. When asked the staff said that both the sauna and the pool was broken. This could obviously be to save money, which I have understanding for during Covid, but still disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also quite small with some dry bread with some ham and cheese. Yogurt, some fruit juice and instant coffee and tea. The room however was very nice and clean. The receptionist had to call the manager for any questions in English, but that’s also understandable and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. Overall good hotel, but with less facilities than promised.

Несмотря на теплый прием на ресепшене, отель Bass Boutique меня сильно расстроил. Я была в Армении по работе, и, в ввиду обстоятельств, оставила одному из моих клиентов бутылку вина из Франции на ресепшене отеля. Так что вы думаете, клиент моей специально приехал в гостиницу, а про бутылку там никто и ничего не слышал.... Очень неприятный осадок... Отелю необходим косметический ремонт. Malgré l'accueil chaleureux à la réception, le Bass Boutique Hotel m'a beaucoup déçu. J'étais en Arménie pour le travail et, compte tenu des circonstances, j'ai laissé une bouteille de vin de France à la réception de l'hôtel pour un de mes clients en Arménie. Et qu'est ce que vous pouvez imaginez, mon client est venu spécialement à l'hôtel de l'autre but d’Erevan pour récupérer son cadeau, mais personne lui a donné sa bouteille... Comme rien à étais. Très déçu de ce comportement... L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénover.

フロントのお姉さんはみんな親切で、ツアーの手配はもちろん、アプリで安いタクシーを手配してくれたりもした。 ただ、ベッドメイキングがされていなかったり、枕の下のベッドクッションに髪の毛がたくさんついていたり、客室係に問題があるように思われた。

Останавливались с подругой, с 08.03.2019 по 10.03.2019. Отельчик приятный. Расположение удачное - до Каскада пешком 15 минут, рядом магазин и пункт обмена. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтраки не самые разнообразные, но голодными не оставались. Порадовало наличие каши. Номер просторный, фай-вай ловил, есть лифт. Из минусов: плохо уходит вода в душе (жили на 5 этаже), нет окон.

The weather was warm -- in mid-70's -- but because it was the month of October, the hotel had turned off all air conditioning. We were told to "open a window" instead. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice hotel, modern and clean. Busy street -- our local friends had difficulty parking near the hotel.

к сожалению не очень чистый, если брать независимо от места и времени гостиницу ( средняя статистика по Миру), необоснованно дорогая стоимость проживания. на завтраке за кофе необходимо доплачивать. на просьбу предоставить дополнительный ключ для второго проживающего, отказали! в целом очень гостеприимный народ.
