Lokasi cukup strategis yang dapat dijangkau dari bandara, stasiun KA maupun terminal bus dengan angkutan umum bus Trans Jogja. Strategis untuk bepergian ke destinasi wisata maupun belanja menggunakan angkutan umum. Kamar bersih, namun properti interior terlalu lama. Makanan pagi bervariasi sesuai dengan kelas hotel.

Pertama masuk kamar,lampu rusak tdk diganti.banyak debu&rontokan rambut.ada beberapa cicak didalam kamar.sya sudah minta ruang no-smoking tp ada "asbak". Saat check in,staff tidak tau ada booking dr expedia.
