Hotel was nice, but rooms could use a lot more soundproofing. Food was great and staff very helpful. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is very convenient, but the hotel is far from downtown and all the sights to see.

The staff;, especially Eka, Bella and Okta were fabulous, making both days memorable, cake balloons and banners in the room. A wonderful hotel, with great hands-on service. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a large mall, in case of shopping needs. The basement level of the mall has a supermarket where you can buy daily necessities. We dined at the hotel restaurant, and their food was quite delicious. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
