This four-level home sits on Cape Neddick, within two miles from the beloved expanses of Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches. You'll be a short walk from Dunne's Ice Cream and the scenic Nubble Light, creating a wonderful escape for families with children and all lovers of the Maine coast.

The living space features leather sofas and WiFi throughout to make your stay comfortable and convenient. After a sunny day on the sand, you'll find a total of four TVs with Roku for family movie nights.

Do a bit of open-air grocery shopping at the York Farmers Market and prepare your fresh ingredients in the fully outfitted kitchen. You'll find a selection of modern appliances (including a dishwasher), a bar counter with space, and a nearby dining room with seating for the entire group.

Spend your days driving down to the beach, reading a novel on the deck, or soaking in the ocean views and sunshine on the private roof terrace. You'll also have a gas grill for afternoon barbecues with family and friends.

At night, this five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home will sleep as many as nine people. There are four bedrooms that each offer a queen-size bed, as well as a fifth bedroom with a twin bed. Access to the fourth-floor loft area/outdoor roof deck is through the twin bedroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and an oceanview family room with two futons.

No matter if you're a beach-comber, an angler, or a lighthouse enthusiast, you'll find much to love in and around York. Stroll along two miles of pristine sand at Long Sands Beach, enjoy the boardwalk and playground at Short Sands Beach, peruse the offerings at the York Days craft fair each summer, or spend a day admiring the animals at York's Wild Kingdom just one mile away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
