Impeccable cottage suitable for Three adults

This cosy cottage is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. 1 small well behaved dog also acceptable. 

located in a wonderful rural spot 5 miles from Wetherby. 12 miles Harrogate & york and 16 miles from Leeds
The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. Please note we have free range chickens a goose and 1 Shetland pony. 
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a king size bed. On the landing / mezzanine there is a day bed with a pull out trundle which is suitable for 1 or 2 children. Please note the cottage has a stone floor on the ground floor and the stairs can be hard to navigate for very young children therefore we do not cater for children below the age of 5 years and above 15 years due to the sleeping arrangements.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
