Although we visit York often, This is the first time staying at the exhibition, the staff were very friendly and helpful from arrival until we left, especially Joe who checked us in and showed us to our room. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. After just one night there we booked to come back and stay again! All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as the choice on the menu was huge. Our room was so hot but we welcomed the fan provided. Location was excellent we were minutes from York Minster.
