The Vines - Stunning Period Home With Free Parking

## Space

Our house is a charming, spacious victorian terraced house that has been fully refurbished, and newly decorated throughout while retaining many period features. The Vines offers homely accommodation that would suit a family or group of six. The house is set up for five guests but can accommodate seven, if additional guests are happy to camp out on the sofa bed.


The layout of our home ...

As you enter the house you will be greeted with a bright dining space at the front of the house. Features a glass dining table with six chairs. Plenty of space to get together and enjoy a family meal, picnics or takeaways.

Leading off the dining room is the spacious living room with smart tv, giving access to apps such as BBC iplayer, stream films on Netflix. Board games, books (or swop-a-book), are available. Plenty of entertainment for a night in while cosying up by the fully working fireplace. The sofa can be made into a comfortable double bed. for extra guests if needed.

You will find a fully stocked, well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook.

We provide all those extra little things like tea towels, j cloths, washing up liquid, bin liners etc.

Head up the quirky spiral staircase to the second floor. Please note the staircase is not suitable for small children.

Two spacious bedrooms featuring luxury comfortable king size beds. Blackout blinds and plenty of bedroom furniture to store and hang your belongings. The third smaller bedroom features a single bed and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The modern brand new bathroom is located on the second floor. Featuring a deep bath, large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail.

Free on-street permit parking outside the house for one car.

## Access

All access to a complete kitchen, laundry, dining, and living areas, for a full ‘home away from home experience. The Vines is the perfect alternative to a hotel or guest house.

## Interaction
We operate a self check-in service. This allows more flexibility on arrival time and greater privacy. The entire house and patio are yours, exclusively. Checking in details will be sent via message the day before arrival. We are on hand if anything is needed

## Neighborhood
Our house is located in a quiet, sought-after residential street. A short stroll into York's centre, where you will find an abundance of museums, shops, restaurants and traditional ale houses.

## Transit
The best way to get around is to park the car and go on foot! Everything is on your doorstep.

## Notes

Parking can be tight due to the narrow Victorian streets. We recommend to tuck your wing mirrors in!

Please note the spiral staircase is open back with gaps in the steps due to the style and design of the house, therefore may not be suitable accommodation for anyone with phyisical disabilities or young children.

Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, we live in a quiet residential street and like to the neighbours happy. Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property.
