The hotel is pretty modern and the staff was super nice and helpful.
Excellent breakfast. There is a mall nearby walking distance of 10 minutes.
There is a thermostat in the room however it didnt work properly. I started getting terrible hest during the night when i had the AC on. Several of us had this issue in different rooms.

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe Bosphorus bridge view room on the 10th floor for 2 nights. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and the room price was reasonable. The hotel is close to many restaurants. The Bosphorus yacht cruise (Velena Travel) recommended by the concierge was great. We also enjoyed the delicious Turkish coffee and sweets which were served while we were waiting for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Divan if you want to stay in Istanbul’s New City.
