"It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area "

"We booked a long weekend with family. Lovely location. Excellent facilities!! Really comfortable. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t stay closed, (much to the annoyance of our 18 year old daughter), but certainly not major issue. Did also find some broken glass in the garden but we just swept up before we let our dog out there!!! Would definitely book again!!! "

"The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. Large amounts of chipping paint and nesting birds causing a badly muck stained window (nothing like in the advertising picture).
