房間質感完美 唯一缺點室內煙味瀰漫

房間質感完全超出一般motel, 室內裝潢讓人驚艷 非常有設計感但又不俗氣 完全可比星級飯店. 唯一缺點是房間內的煙味，因氣管不好 已備註安排禁菸房, check in第一間房一進去就有明顯煙味 跟櫃台反應，人員很熱心立刻帶我到另一間房看可否接受；可能室內有噴芳香劑 當下只聞到芳香劑的味道，跟服務人員說沒問題， 換房約10分鐘櫃台撥電話來關心是否還有煙味，因房內都還是芳香劑的味道回覆 沒問題已沒煙味； 過了約半小時芳香劑退去 整間房開始煙味瀰漫； 因不想再麻煩工作人員 只好整晚打開窗戶通風 ； 真的蠻可惜的 這麼完美的飯店 被不配合室內禁菸的住客破壞了。

十點後才能入住，但住宿須知上寫六點後就可入住。 進房間時地板都還是濕的。 禁菸房但房間明顯有煙味。 沙發上面都黑的，覺得很噁心不敢坐。

整體來說很不錯，唯一小小缺點是浴室沒有放置衣服或毛巾的地方然後床頭邊只有插座而沒有USB孔（因為桌上的是兩種都有）。其他我覺得真的都滿不錯的。浴室很高級，造景很漂亮，下次有需要會再考慮入住。

不錯的體驗，有按摩浴缸，還附早餐，這次去是配合肯德基的，價位可接受，雖然風格還是一貫的不喜歡的汽車旅館豪華風，但整體著起來空間寬敞很舒適！

員工教育訓練有待加強

第一次入住經驗很美好，於是入住第二次 晚上12點多辦理入住，櫃檯接待人員（穿白色衣服的）問了第一次訂房姓名和電話，也和櫃檯人員說了姓名和電話，服務人員進去查了一下又出來問了一次姓名，又跟服務人員講了一次並拿身分證給他，服務人員拿著身分證進去待了一下又再次出來問了姓名，這次跟他說姓名以及在hotels.com訂的，服務人員用了一陣子終於拿了房卡出來，跟我們說左轉之後在我們的右手邊，進去麻煩先幫我點早餐，車子開進去往左轉之後看見右手邊亮燈，但車庫門是關的，於是又走去告知櫃檯車庫門沒開（櫃檯也沒說聲不好意思，只說馬上幫你開），後來進房打電話要訂早餐，打了第一通響了一下沒人接就掛掉，又再次打了第二通響了更久終於接通了，詢問餐點到一半說現場有客人，等一下再回撥，等了一下接到回撥，才終於順利點完餐。 只能說這次的服務體驗很糟！ 被狂問了N遍姓名，也是第一次遇到說可以住了但車庫門沒開，第一次遇到連櫃檯自己的疏失連聲不好意思都沒有的。 ps.本身也是服務業，能體諒他們的辛苦，但這樣的服務水準真的不優。

感覺意外的好~

雖然非常接近高速公路，但畢竟是位於較郷下的員林鎮，原先是不抱期待的。 不過入住後，不論是房間的裝潢或清潔度，都有一定的水平，而且價格便宜，CP值很高，下次若再有南下住宿的機會，會再選擇入住。

房間很舒適 而且盥洗用品很棒 可惜的是如果泡澡粉可以給稍微美觀一點的會更棒 另外就是可能要注意住宿客人點的餐點 我房間的點餐是餐各一 飲料一樣 但後來送至客房的是餐一樣 飲料各一 美中不足之處大概就這些 但大致上來說一起都非常舒適

整體環境好，員工服務佳！ 不過每天早上必須check out，晚上再次check in，對於家庭旅遊有小孩子的話，行李多會比較不方便，否則很推薦情侶們來住喔！
