"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and public area. Only a few things to pick. There's no place to load luggage at front door, and it could be messy when it rains or snows. There's no door with shower stall. Hard as I tried, water still splashed out. The space in front of the elevator is too narrow. People often got jammed up there."

"The property is close to stores, restaurants, walking trails along the river and across the street is a great coffee shop bakery. Public transit stop is also a block away. This location is very walkable to all your needs including the museum. "

"This is an older hotel. The room was clean…. meaning there was no bad smells. The bedding was clean with no stains and the surfaces like the side table, dining table and luggage storage area were all clean. I was looking for a hotel that was cost-effective for a weekend stay to visit family. I was also travelling alone and if I had someone travelling with me, I may not have chosen this hotel as the finishings and aesthetic were quite dated. I also brought my white noise machine to muffle out any noises in the hallways, because this was an older hotel. The noises were nothing unusual. This is a good place for a solo traveller who is checking out Whitehorse or are stopping in for a short visit with family."
