Staff, were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a fantastic location. The Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Room was first class with all the facilities and more that you require. Thoroughly recommend

My friend and I visited Prague last week and we had a great experience! The hotel is very nice and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is by all tourist attractions which makes it a perfect hotel if you are visiting for only a few days. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept. The only remark is that the shower tub is very high which you have to be careful getting out of. I don't know what it is like in other hotel rooms. It is not something to stir you away from booking but something to be mindful about!

Don't stay in room 116.
"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. ..."
