"The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly."

"Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel.
