Outside, the apartment building offers an idyllic retreat in a quiet green neighbourhood. The house is surrounded by a small park on a 1500 square metre plot. Guests can make themselves comfortable at the barbecue area with comfortable benches behind the house or park in one of the two secure car parks, one in front and one behind the house.
