The check-in lady was great, walked with me to the room to make sure the room was acceptable. Some dude hanging out outside down the hall, drug dealer? I dunno. Non-smoking room, bathroom stunk. Room was clean.

Good value for money, and great location.

Very welcoming and personable manager who was keen to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Good value for money and right in downtown Zanesville.

Typical budget property. Cleanliness and room maintenance could be better. If you plan to spend much time in the room, you may want to look elsewhere. I used it only a a place to sleep and for that it worked well Front desk was friendly.

I found that this property was not cleaned as well as it should have been. When you put on your socks and walk across the floor to the TV or dresser and the bottom of your socks are already brown..that tells me that the room was not cleaned. We had to ask for towels when it clearly stated there would be 3 adults and then we were told that they did not have enough wash cloths. They gave us 1 for 3 adults. This is not a place I will stay again.

Good service- terrible room

Based on service alone- this place was great. Arrived VERY late (1am) and the person who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. They even gave me the double bed I needed. The person who checked me out in the morning was also very nice- so… A+ for service. The room, however, was awful. The bedding was dirty- blood stains and dirt stains, and instead of totally changing the bedding over from the last guest they just put more on top of it so there was 3 fitted sheets in the bed. The bathroom had dirty washcloths left in it, and the fan vent was taped with scotch tape and stopped working completely. Thankfully they did provide clean towels, and toiletries, but I slept on top of the sheets since they were so gross. Since we checked in so late it wasn’t worth trying to get a new room… we left at 10am the next morning.

Very exceptional place. First place I stayed in that had a nice sized flat screen tv and no busted up furniture I would stay there again when I go to the area. Staff super great
