"I was visiting a friend in Sendai over this holiday weekend. The price was high due to the holiday but not terrible. The only problem I had was some difficulty with WiFi when I first checked in. After that it was fine. The hotel is very elegant and eco-aware. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and professional. One thing that is a little unique is the kiosk used for check-in. Luckily the staff helped my use this device, which takes a little getting used to."

"Right outside east exit of Sendai station so very convenient. Tons of eating options, easy to catch local or shinkansen trains. 7-11 right down stairs."
