"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"Tyvärr är detta hotell inget jag kan rekommendera. Enl Hotel.com skulle det finnas bar och rumsservice, inget av detta finns. Man har endast frukost att tillgå. Vill man ha något att äta eller dricka får man köra till närmaste by. Sängarna i vårt rum var gamla och slitna, gnisslade hela natten. Ingen personal att framföra klagomål, de gick hem när vi checkat in. Hotellet har säkert varit charmigt och välbesökt förr men nu är det för dåligt. "We didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is great - not high- end spa as in a US resort, yet not completely on the “hospital’ end of the soectrun either. Haus 1 was in between and we felt very well. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and attractive. Great pools and massages!"

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. Otherwise it was a great location next to the train station, pharmacy, supermarket and other stores. Breakfast was great quality."

"Great little hotel only 100m from the Central Station and a short 15minute walk to the market square and main shopping precinct. My room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was great, and they have a little bar/cafe serving food and drinks until late in the evening. Staff were also very friendly. "

Excellent hotel.

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. (Photos taken just before check out so beds not made) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in I was even presented with a welcome glass of Prosecco! The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Old Town. For a good value dinner try Leo’s Brasserie. Not far from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!"
