"Our room was clean. We like the hotel. It was near by the train and a bus stop so we could use them easily. There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. "Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence.
