"We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. "Lovely stay. Friendly welcome, easy check-in. One of our party upgraded at check-in (not me, it's never me, lol). Beautiful rooms overlooking the gorgeous lake. The half-board option was very good value for money. Very short stroll to the bars (incl Crazy Daisy's which is literally a stones throw away) and Christmas market. I'll definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises."

"Essen, Lage und Design sind TOP. Für Familien nicht wirklich spannend. Schwimmen und SPA nur bis 19:00 Uhr, danach wird man sehr unschön gebeten "mal fertig zu machen". Zwischendrin ist der Pool aber auch gerne mal geschlossen oder die Sauna nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung beheizt. Anstrengend dem ganzen zu folgen. Familienpool hat eher die Größe eines Planschbeckens, es gibt auch keine Rutsche o.Ä.. Kaum Angebot über Ostern kein Programm und am Ostermontag schließt das Hotel, so dass man um...

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...

"We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express."
