Holiday home Steinfeld close to the ski lift

Built in 2017, the Eberharter holiday home is centrally located on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, not far from the famous Mayrhofen. You’ll stay in two semi-detached houses with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a total of approx. 182 m² of space—all to yourself. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The first semi-detached house has a large kitchen-living room with enough space for everyone and a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a small reading room with an open gallery. The second semi-detached house has a separate entrance area on the ground floor. This leads to two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large sun terrace, you can relax and unwind. There is also a ski room with ski boot heating.

The Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen's extensive skiing area are just around the corner. The complimentary ski bus stops nearby. You'll also find summer to be an ideal season to visit and explore the Zillertal. Overall, the holiday home Eberharter is the perfect accommodation for families and large groups travelling together.

Very bad experience
Dear Vrbo Customer Support, I am writing this to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the experience I recently encountered while using your platform. I made a booking for what was advertised as a 'whole house' property, intending to accommodate my family of five. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with a property consisting of two separate apartments with no connecting access. Due to this unacceptable condition of the property, we had no choice but to seek alternative accommodation at the very last minute, incurring significant additional costs as a result. This turn of events was entirely unexpected and caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I was referred by your service, to your subcontractor Bellvila, they contacted the property owner regarding the refund, and he refuses to take any responsibility. It is simply unacceptable that Vrbo and its partners allow these deceptive listings. I am attaching the property description from your website, where no mention of this critical separation is made, further proving the misleading nature of the listing. I demand an immediate and full refund for the original booking. Waiting for your response,

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lautstärke der Bundesstraße war für die Schlafzimmer welche zur Straße gerichtet waren etwas unangenehm. Sonst gab es nix zu beanstanden! Top Reiseziel und sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Schönes Haus in der Nähe des Dorfes. Zell am Ziller ist fussläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Durch die Lage, direkt an der stark befahrenen Zillertal Bundesstrasse ist der Lärmpegel allerdings sehr hoch. Dies betrifft die Zimmer im vorderen Teil des Hauses, zur Strasse hin. Hier können die Fenster wegen dem Lärm zum schlafen nicht geöffnet oder gekippt werden.

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie mit 11 Personen dort, was auch problemlos funktioniert, da 6 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder zur Verfügung stehen. Unsere 3 PKW konnten wir direkt am Haus parken. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, der große Hofer (Aldi) ist nur ca. 300 m entfernt. Dort gibt es auch ab 7:15 Uhr frische Brötchen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und komplett ausgestattet. Das einzige was wir in der Küche vermisst haben war ein Toaster. Ein Staubsauger und vielleicht ein Grill wären auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Ansonsten können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Tolles Haus um Zeit mit Familie und Freunden zu verbringen
Als wir angekommen sind wahren wir über die strikte Trennung der beiden Häuser erst einmal etwas verdutzt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen das es innen eine Verbindungstür geben würde was allerdings auch nicht in der Textbeschreibung gestanden hat. Nach dem wir uns alles genau angeschaut hatten haben wir uns schnell an die Aufteilung gewöhnt und fanden sie gut. Da wir mit einer befreundeten Familie dort waren wurde das Haus wo die reinen Schlafberreiche waren als Schlafunterkunft genutzt und das Haupthaus zum Treffpunkt für den Tag. Die Kinder wurden abends ins Bett gebracht und man nahm das Babyphone mit ins Haupthaus so das Sie ungestört Schlafen konnten und die Erwachsenen einen schönen Abend in der gemütlichen Sitzecke verbringen konnten. Die beiden Häuser haben eine gemeinsame Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge mit einer Bank und einem Tisch. Das Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt und hat leider keinen Sandkasten oder Schaukel allerdings hat Zell einen tollen Spielplatz der auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist er befindet sich auf dem Freizeitgelände direkt neben dem Freibad und der Minigolfanlage. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und darum gibt es eine klare Empfehlung.

Zell am Ziller ist sehr schön, hier wird sehr viel für Kinder geboten. Man kann Wandern, Baden und vor allem gut essen gehen. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich und es gibt in den Bergen wunderschöne Panoramablicke zu sehen. Es ist zur jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. Essküche ist mit einer großen Sitzmöglichkeit ausgestattet. Auch der Aussenbereich gibt genug Platz für alle . Ein Kritikpunkt haben wir. Das Haus steht direkt an der Bundesstraße. Dadurch ist es sehr laut. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Ferienhaus auch wieder buchen. Fam. Die Anreise verlief unproblematisch, das Haus war direkt Bezugsfertig. Verwalter sehr nett und bei Rückfragen sofort erreichbar, hat sogar unsere Wäsche zum Waschcenter gebracht und fertig gewaschen und getrocknet am nächsten Tag wieder ins Ferienhaus geliefert. Die Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand von Zell am Ziller,daher ist es von Vorteil mit PKW anzureisen. Besonders geeignet als Feriendomizil für Gäste und Gruppen die viele Tagestouren unternehmen möchten .Die Ferienwohnung sowie das Schlafapartment sind geräumig aufgeteilt. Was etwas zu bemängeln ist, dass das Haus an eine Schnellfahrstrasse grenzt, und daher am Tag sowie in der Nacht eine rege Lärmbelästung durch den Strassenverkehr ist. Und es gibt im Aussenbereich leider keinen Bereich der nicht von neugierigen Blicken Anderer einsehbar ist.

Urlaub bei und mit Freunden
Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral. Wenn jemand Probleme mit Straßenlärm hat und einen ruhigen Schlaf bei offenem Fenster braucht, ist es nicht empfehlenswert. Für uns war dies aber überhaupt kein Problem. Der Putzteufel war sehr gründlich und alles war sehr sauber. Die Größe und Ausstattung ist super. Der Vermieter, Dominik, ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Man konnte sich zu jederzeit an ihn wenden. Kurzum: uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war echt ein Glücksfall! Wir waren zu sechst + 2 Hunde.Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend (bis zu 12 Leuten) Alles modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Den absoluten Pluspunkt gibt es von mir dafür, dass wir 2 Hunde mitbringen durften. Leider findet man das nur selten,oder wenn bekommt man nur schäbige Häuser angeboten! Ein ganz kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wären dunkle Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern...wir Deutsche schlafen halt gerne dunkel 😁

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder optimal. Ein tolles Haus, das aber direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt.

Gelegen aan de rand van Zell am Ziller, op loopafstand van de supermarkt de Hofer (heerlijk vers brood). Centrum Zell nog wel een eindje lopen. Zicht op de bergen achter Zell en skigebied van Zillertal (Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Konigsleiten) goed bereikbaar. Terras buiten prima gelegen op de zon. Door de geluidsoverlast van de doorgaande weg met name 's nachts en 's morgens gaan we hier niet meer terug, dit ondanks dat de woning zeer ruim en luxueus was. Ramen moesten daardoor 's nachts dicht blijven waarbij de temperatuur in het huis te hoog was en niet door ons regelbaar. Schoenverwarming in skiruim werkte niet.

sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung
Alles super. Es gibt eigentlich nichts was zu beanstanden wäre. Den Heizungsausfall hat der Vermieter umgehend behoben. 2 Skibushaltestellen in 200 und 300 m Entfernung. Vielleicht ein Tipp an den Vermieter: Weitere Kleiderhaken in den Schlafzimmern wären hilfreich gewesen.
