"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Vom Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt: im Objekt gibt es eine Badewanne, doch leider ist dafür nicht ausreichend warmes Wasser da, so das diese nicht nutzbar ist. Dafür war die Kommunikation mit der der Hausverwalterin total problemlos.Dafur"

"Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

Auch die Küche ist vollkommen in Ordnung (ich bin übrigens 186cm groß ;-)). Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen - und der Strand - sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag hier zur Ruhe zu kommen tat Körper und Seele gut!"

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig! Die Wohnung ist modern, gut gepflegt und preiswert und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Wolgast und alle Ziele auf Usedom sind gut zu erreichen. Vielleicht mal wieder..."

"Kamminke liegt am Haff und an der polnischen Grenze. Durch seine Lage an einem recht steilen Hang erhält der Ort und speziell die Bergstraße ihr besonderes Gepräge. Das reetgedeckte Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man erhält schriftlich sehr präzise Anleitungen. Auf der Terrasse und der weit oben am Hang stehenden Hollywood-Schaukel, beide mit Haffblick, haben wir uns gern aufgehalten."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
