"A romantic, traditional Swiss Chalet feel to the hotel with a wonderful staff. If you want a view of the Matterhorn make sure you request it when booking. Even without it, step outside to and have a coffee or meal at the Old Zermatt across the street and you have the best view of the mountain when she is out! There are two restaurants in the hotel and both of them are excellent with friendly and professional staff!"
