"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand Hyatt. Very clean and comfortable. It is attached to a shopping centre so really handy for shops and restaurants. It is so close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden city/Palace museum. We ate in the Grand Hyatt taste of China and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was good with excellent choices. Plenty of western food for those that wanted it. I will definitely stay again if we are back in Beijing in future. "

"It was a little difficult to find it because it’s located inside/behind the front entrance you see in the website pictures. We got a free upgrade to a family room which is very large and has a great bathroom. I recommend to book this suite since the regular I had before had a strong cigarette smell. The breakfast is very cheap but very basic. The staff is super helpful!"

Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. "The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained, it is well-designed with shelfings to place stuffs around in the room. The staffs are polite and they try to speak English though we have no problem to communicate in Chinese. Hotel is walkable from the metro station, but the metro station does not have lift and escalator so have to use the stairs. Location is near to Wangfujing Street, and some good eateries nearby to the hotel such as 紫光园，四季民福."
