"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall"

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"The property is very nice. Had all the amenities I needed except for a very sharp knife to cut things with (meat, fruits, etc.) It is too far, though, off the beaten track. I spent a ton in Uber going to and from. The road is a dirt road and was quite muddy due to the rainy season."

"We stayed with family at this property and absolutely loved it. Despite the road to the house being 'bumpy' which is not owner's fault, the property is absolutely amazing. It's clean, spacious and owner very welcoming. Robert made us feel at home, was able to address all our concerns, was flexible when we had change of plans and just overall a good host. "This property is unique and the decor is lovely, the room we had was somewhat small and the bathroom insufficiently lit. It was comfortable and quiet and offered two pools and a lot of outside and inside sitting areas. We ate at the restaurants and the food was ok. I used the gym which offered a variety of equipment some which was in need of repair but it was clean. "
