Apartment in the city center

Newly refurbished and modern apartment in the very heart of Žilina is the best place for a visit to the city. It is suitable for couples, friends, individuals or families with children. The apartment is only 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls Mirage and Aupark. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.

Recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment (38m2) is on the first floor without elevator. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a bathroom, including a bathtub with a shower. There is 120 cm wide sofa bed in the apartment. It is suitable for three adults. Upon a request, it can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Guests can use the entire apartment.

Ready to use: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker, TV, radio, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a dryer. Kitchenware is, of course, included.
Amongst other amenities are bath towels, bedding, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen towels.
Cereals and yougurt for breakfast, coffee, tea, pasta, mustard, ketchup, butter and jam are included as a bonus.
As the apartment is located in the very center of the city, there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and the Municipal Theatre within a 5-minute walk. If you do not want to go to the outskirts of the city, it is not necessary to use public transport.
