"Place was amazing! Updated and modern lobby, rooms and restaurant. First night the hotel was at full capacity and our room had only 1 king bed while we booked the 1 king bed 1 sofa bed for the kids. The front desk compensated us by removing parking fees for all nights, next day and all remaining days (4 total) they upgraded us to a suite with separate room and sofa bed outside for free. Even for the restaurant we arrived late for one of the breakfasts and they were out of food, the manager...

"For a National Park Lodge this lived up to every thing we dreamed of. It had exactly what we needed, a place to sleep, to shower and food! Perfectly located within the park. I will say if you arrive after sunset understand its going to be pitch black which makes for great star gazing but hard for driving. Also if you are reserving from and here and arriving late call them so you can get the correct access code."

"We went in November and really enjoyed the hot tub outside with beautiful view. Pool was fun for the kids. Was supposedly heated but felt like a polar plunge. The hotel offered hot cocoa bar that night. Parking was easy and convenient. We used onsite laundry and it worked great. Very clean. Close to a shuttle stop which worked great for our family to hop on and explore Zion. Would highly recommend. "
