"The hotel itself is good. A bit expensive. The area used to be 'nice' outside. Now too much trafic. The sidewalks and street in the surrounding area must be updated and make new ans clean. I think I may stay in a hotel of compatible quality and service but that is not so crowded. The area has to improve to change my mind. At least have available better prices for repeat customers like me."

"We had a large suite which was very comfortable. The bedding is some of the best we've ever experienced. The rooftop spa was nice and had great views. The neighborhood is fun with small cafes, restaurants and shops. Cabs were conveniently queued in front of the mall complex next door."

" Our stay in Waka Mountain Retreat in Salento was fantastic! Although getting to the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to the dirt road that initially seemed sketchy, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived.
