"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight."

"We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "Dated but very comfortable room where everything worked as it should. Reception was helpful eg lending us umbrellas. We liked complimentary drinks for no housekeeping. Breakfast was superb and delicious in very pleasant surroundings but the only evening bar snacks offered were frozen pizzas. The restaurant seemed pricey. Overall, would recommend. "

"This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is. "
