"I stayed here planning to go to Quilotoa early the next morning and wasn’t looking for anything fancy. That said, I was really disappointed and grossed out with this hotel. The blankets and pillows on my bed definitely hadn’t been washed since the last guest - I could smell men’s deodorant or body spray or something on them. There were also several hairs in the blankets and room. The bathroom sink needed a good cleaning - more hair. I wasn’t provided with towels, and there also wasn’t hand soap....

"Great place, only like 300 m from the Quilotoa Lake (Expedia staff please correct your highly inaccurate info). Good food, great staff. However, you have to speak Spanish as I believe no one speaks English here. Hey it is Ecuador so get used to it. Can't wait to get back. "

"The hôtel is very well located, 300M from the Quilotoa village. Very cosy place. Rooms are missing a good heating system. They could put a fireplace instead of the TV in the living room. "
