The hotel is nice and good but the service was very poor. They make the bed and leave the rubbish … the last day, they literally left the rubbish from the bin on my desk. Very disappointing otherwise the location is very good.

The place is few blocks from Kloten banhoff, but but no direct train from the airport . The Bus number 135 is only 7 mins that drop you off in front of Kloten train station. Nice burger restaurant next to the hotel. The Kloten banhoff is only few mins to Zurich HB.

The hotel is nice and clean and new. There is staff on the premises until 11p.m. The person on duty was very helpful. And the hotel is steps away from the local train station. There are several grocery stores nearby where you can buy some food. However, there was no early shuttle service, and although the reception staff ordered me a taxi for the next morning, the taxi didn't come at the agreed-upon time. With no staff at the early hour, I had to get in touch with them myself (a slight problem as I didn't have an international calling plan) and then they charged me twice the amount (Fr40.00) that they had quoted the hotel staff the night before. So, while that is not a problem with the hotel itself, it made me a bit nervous and I personally would probably opt for a hotel with a night manager on duty next time.
