The property was good as were the restaurants and staff, however the check in process was too long - not enough check in staff and a lengthy process despite having already checked in online.

Its like a different world

I booked through Expedia and have sent 2 message before I arrive and 1 message after I left as I have lost something in the room , but no reply at all , I don’t know it is the hotel or Expedia , who’s fault . Both need an improve ! Regards

Hospitality is second to none. Good amenities, good choice of restaurants. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. This is our second stay at the Emirates palace hotel and we are planning to come back again

This was our third time at a Rotana Hotel in Dubai. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. Very attentive staff. JB Gastropub amazing food. Will definitely return. Local area very nice with a great choice of restaurants and bars.

Very clean, great amenities, beautiful views, in the middle of JBR, easy access to everything!

Had an amazing stay, The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Perfect location and outstanding service – highly recommended!
