The property is clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good but its easy and affordable to order takeaway. The property is exactly as the brochures and pictures show. I will definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Kuta. Plenty of shopping and dining options close.

Firstly, I wish to mention Manager Ms Ruth Molina, she promptly addressed an issue that I encountered at the hotel to my satisfaction and went beyond and without my requesting, she provided a courtesy drop at the airport outside of the normal hours. The staff is very hospitable, courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast has a variety of food, local and international options, egg station and the food was to my satisfaction. The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not encounter any issues in that regard. The rooms are spacious and property is clean, likewise was my room, it is close to the airport and located in a busy tourist area with lots of food choices, shopping and convience stores, transport is readily available and the area is walkable, lets say it is optimally located and I would recommend staying at this property.
