Property was close to alot of dining options. The staff were excelent. Juma, shakoor, Ali, Martin and abdallah. Were absolutely great. As resukt will come agai next year.

Our stay at Sofitel Dubai Downtown was truly amazing! The customer service was outstanding; the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The highlight for our kids was definitely the bunk beds, which they absolutely loved. Overall, a wonderful family experience and highly recommended.

If you want to find a complaint, the only thing the hotel was super busy so even with 5 elevators, you have to wait several minutes for yours.
