Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable.

Perfect location, excellent staff and service, nice room and delicious breakfast. Beautiful property in a very special city. Will definitely stay there again next time. Loved it!

Everyone at the hotel wore smiles, were polite and went out of their way for you :) Breakfasts are amazing and convenience is 5⭐️

It was right downtown, and a short walk to the castle, the dragon bridge, and restaurants. As others have mentioned there are loud church bells going off frequently, which may not be your thing but are nice if you're in the right mindset.

Clean and nice area.

The location is ideally suited for easy access to sites like the Dragon Bridge and the Three Bridges. The more touristy sections as well as the those areas with a more local flavor.

If you have a car , you can't park close. They will have to let you close enough to unload your luggage. Then you have to go to the parking garage , which costs easily and extra thirty euro. Our room did not have air conditioning and was a little bit confusing. We would not stay here again.
