Beautiful hotel but everyone walking on the public waterfront could peep into our room .

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.

First morning I some to a gurgling toilet and a bowl full of someone else's "waste." Staff cleaned it promptly but every morning it gurgled again although it just made the water drain slowly or sometimes water came up through the sink drain. However, for the price, I should have plumbing that works.

The lady working the afternoon/evening shift was very rude and non-caring. My husband needed help with printing something and she would not help him. She set me up to use the laundry room and when I needed more time to dry, she accused me of washing two loads the reason my clothes weren’t dry in her allotted time. The gentlemen on duty were nice and friendly. One even worked hard to give us an extra day. However it was booked and he couldn’t. She was NOT nice! It would serve customers well if she found another occupation. Public contact is not her strong suit.

Good breakfast. Convenient to walk into the city and also a metro outside.

We had a great room that was quiet- amazing as this hotel is very central and convenient for the city. Breakfast was excellent.
