Beware of internal rooms at this hotel
"We booked a superior room but it ended up being an internal room with a window that looked into a light well. We were not aware that the room would have no natural light. We were on the 10th floor, the top of the light well was on the 20th something floor."

Melbourne is a beautiful city. There are lots of parks, great boat ride through the city to willimastown and the trams are very convenient. The new skyscrapers surprised me as the colours change as the sun strikes them from different angles.

It's not in the same League as Sydney but well worth a couple of days visit especially to take the ferry down the River Yara to Williamstown.
