We will start our visit at the Grand'Place of Brussels with a brief historical explaination, followed by 2 Truffle tastings : one with white chocolate and vanilla from Madagascar and one with the famous Rubi; pink chocolate with champagne filling. Then it's time to head towards our workshop for the Truffle and Chocolate making. This 2 hour working class includes all the steps to make the famous pralines and truffles coated into chocolate and combined with cacao powder and other ingredients. While you are working hard to finish your creations we will surprise you with a selection of Belgian pastries and macarons, served with the famous kriek or cherry beer. Everything you made will be wrapped up and you will take it home with you. After the workshop we head back to the centre where we take the tinny little alleys that use to be part of the historical part of the city. We will encounter Jeannken PIs, The famous Puppet Theatre and the oldest shopping streets of Brussels : The Royal Galleries. Finally you will be rewared with two additional chocolate tastings with orange and saffran or Passionfruit from Venuzuela. The tour finishes at Grand'Place.
