・You can experience making 3 kinds of sushi and miso soup. ・The three types of sushi consist of (1) maki sushi, (2) temaki sushi, and (3) nigirizushi. ・Each dish is easy to make. ・You can make the dishes with an English-speaking instructor. ・You can eat all the sushi you make. ・The entire class takes about 2 hours. ・Recipes for all dishes will be provided.
