Experience the many flavours of Czech Christmas. The Christmas tour begins with a cup of hot mulled wine scented with cinnamon and cardamom, which will warm your hands as you walk through the snow-covered streets of the city.
The guided tour will introduce you to the interesting facts of Krumlov's history and give you an insight into the rich tradition of Czech “Vánoce” celebrations.
You can look forward to a traditional Christmas Eve dinner. An old Bohemian tavern will smell of fried carp breaded cutlet, Christmas cookies “cukroví” and the sweet scent of vanilla. You will enjoy a portion of potato salad by candlelight, in the atmosphere of Christmas carols, and your Christmas experience will be enhanced by old Bohemian Christmas Eve traditions.
