We had the pleasure of booking a 4-hour walking tour with Jero in March. Since we only had two days in Tokyo and had never been to Japan, we wanted to see the sights and learn about the culture without opting for an impersonal bus tour. Jero was extremely knowledgeable and flexible, helping us adjust our itinerary after we visited one of the scheduled stops the day before on another tour. His communication was prompt and kind, and his tour included hidden gems that we would have never discovered as first-timers, along with unique items in Japan not found in the US. We also appreciated his expert advice on navigating the metro to reach our next destination. He provided us with screenshots, suggested a less crowded route, and even checked in on us later in the afternoon! You won’t go wrong booking his tour. He is a super nice guy and exactly what we needed to get a quick overview and feel of beautiful Tokyo in just four hours.

Jerome was fantastic! He took us to a number of “must see” spots like the Meiji Shrine and Shibuya crossing, but also some off the beaten path locations such as these vey narrow back alley areas filled with very small restaurants. The aromas from the restaurants was delicious. Jerome was very considerate…even supplied us with some bottled drinks for the long walk. Lastly he escorted us to the train platform for our return ride to our ship. Outstanding guide.

Jero is AMAZING tour guide. Super knowledgable and passionate about Tokyo. This is a great tour if you want to learn about Tokyo’s Harajuku, Shibuya and Shinjuku Districts in short period of time. I was actually at Tokyo Narita Airport for 10 hours layover. During my research how best to utilize this time, I came across with Jero’s tour. What I also really liked is, where this tour begins (20mins walking to Shibuya Station) and ends (right at Shinjuku Station) both are on Narita Express Train Route. Meaning you can have a straight shot from airport without changing trains. Which makes this tour even more convenient for folks like me that want to take advantage of layover and get most out of Tokyo in short period of time. Will definitely explore with Jero again in my next layover!

His knowledge of local culture with popular tourist destinations to provide you with a fun, but unique, way to see all the sights.
