Overview

Are you ready for an evening of fun and merriment? Then welcome to a fascinating journey to the past! Once you reach the historical tavern, which is located right in the middle of the Old Town, take a steep stairway which leads deep into the darkness of old gothic cellars and–for this one night–also deep into the past. Let yourself be immersed in sights, sounds and smells that feel centuries old.
Get seated by an innkeeper and let the show begin! Watch the jugglers, beautiful belly dancers with swords and live snakes, listen to medieval music but be careful–every now and then a sword fight flares up. So hold your jug of beer or goblet of wine and hope a musketeer does not challenge you to a duel!
While you eat a rich, 5 course dinner - enjoy the show that plays throughout the entire evening. There is plenty to look at, to listen to, but most importantly plenty to taste! And if you are lucky you get your destiny read from your palm by a real fortune –teller!

The show was entertaining and fun. The 5 course dinner was good and plentiful. Recommend this but expect it to be 3 hours long.

Poor attitude when asked staff to move seat due to my mum’s condition where she couldn’t sit on a hard bench for 2.5 hours. Food was average, we had the vegetarian meal but were sat next to others eating meat. Our food tasted of meat, so can only assume our veg had been cooked on the same grill as meat-not good for a pair of vegetarians! Most of the entertainment happed. Across the other side so we could only partially see bits of it. Some tables got 1:1 entertainment not sure how this happened and if we had known we would be watching someone’s back for most of the time then we wouldn’t have bothered going.

The staff were all great. Cave area where we were seated was extremely warm. Food was great and regardless of what you book, you get the option of what you want once youre there. Entertainment was very good and the whole experience was fun and defo worth doing. The wine wasnt very cold and cant be strong as we didnt feel like we had a drink. Only negative is that you are packed in very tightly on the tables so you have very little room.

Not accessible for those with mobility issues. Venue had limited exits in case of emergency and tables are very crowded which made it feel unsafe. Entertainment was fun, servers attentive, food is tasty and beer plentiful. Definitely for a younger crowd and if you care about safety. If you do, there are lots of other fun places to explore and things to do in Prague.

Good “medieval” fun with jesters, pipe and drum music, belly dancers, sword fights and fire eaters. Portions of food were large and tasty as expected for the dungeon restaurant. A good, active night out for a unique entertaining experience.

Perfectly cheesy—will keep you laughing the entire time! The large number of stag parties make it even more rowdy. If you like loud dinners and drunken antics—this is the dinner for you! The beer and wine leave something to be desired…

A really impressive night out and everyone had a blast, great stag activity. The role actors happily intereact with visitors and perhaps the most surprising thing for me was the quality of the meal. Food was delicious.
