After pickup from the airport in Guatemala City, enjoy a fully-guided tour around beautiful Guatemala on this 8-day adventure beginning in Antigua. Admire the sights of Antigua as you walk along the cobblestone streets on a city sightseeing tour. Then, take a private boat ride across Lake Atitlan, discover local village life in Tzutuhil, and admire gorgeous views from atop Pacaya Volcano on an moderate, 5-hour walk. Tour three different Mayan ruins sites -- Yaxha, Iximché and Tikal, which is in UNESCO World Heritage-listed Tikal National Park – and learn about the significance and history of each archaeological wonder from your expert guide. With overnight accommodation, all entrance fees, ground and air transport and an English-speaking guide included, this is the perfect way to explore Guatemala! Seven nights of accommodation are included at 4- and 4.5-star hotels with amenities including room service, business centers and swimming pools. The hotels are subject to change, and if that happens, you will stay at comparable 4- or 4.5-star hotels. Note: pricing for each accommodation option is per group, not per person
