As a small group of up to 8 people, you'll visit two wine estates in the Touraine “appellation” area with your local expert guide. You'll have the chance to taste a variety of wines from the region.

After leaving Tours or Amboise, we'll proceed to our first vineyard. Your guide will take you on a tour of the estate, providing insights into the geography, terroir, and the art of winemaking. He will then take you to the modern winery and will give you explanations about the wine making process. After the tour, you will enjoy a nice tasting of typical white, red and rosé wines from Touraine, made with many grape varieties (Chenin, Malbec, Cabernet, Gamay, Grolleau,…), paired with local cheeses.

We will then head towards a second Touraine wine estate, where you’ll also have the opportunity to stroll the vineyard and get deeper into wine knowledge. There, you will get to taste another bunch of local wines, accompanied by charcuterie specialities from the region (rillettes, rillons, …).

Throughout the transfers between locations, you'll have the opportunity to admire the beautiful Loire landscapes through the windows of our comfortable chauffeured Mercedes minivan.

At around 5:30 pm, your guide will return you to Tours or Amboise.
