  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark;
  • Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability;
  • Seats are assigned by the theatre box office and will not be known in advance of the performance date;
  • Minimum required 4 people. We reserve the right to reschedule the tour or suggest a different experience available that day if the minimum number required is not available.
  • If the transport have an unexpected breakdown on the day of the tour, we will not refund the money, we will give the customer the opportunity to take the selected tour on another day.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
