Discover the traditional winemaking process and the Alsace region in a family winery dating back to 1778. Enjoy a tour of the winery, which is now in organic production. Follow your guide into the cellar, which was built in 1850, where you will discover the traditional Alsacian winemaking process, from grape picking to bottling. You'll then taste the results of this process during a tasting of different wines.

After your tour, have a seat for lunch in our new 100% immersive restaurant. Sample Alsatian specialities from a menu designed especially for the festive season, including an Alsatian Meat pie (or veggie pie) and the exceptional Alsatian foie gras. Local cheeses and Dessert will be served after the main meal and you will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of wine as a souvenir of your time in Alsace.
