Each way, the hike usually ranges between 30-45 minutes, depending on individual speed and endurance, and traverses an elevation of about 300 metres (approximately 984 ft) and 8 km (around 4.9 miles). We equip you with walking poles for stability and crampons for winter conditions. ⚠️ Your safety and enjoyment are important to us, so please be aware that our guide may modify the tour and path to accommodate the weather, your pace, and your stamina. ⚠️We might weave a detour through the lava fields for an off-the-beaten-path experience, time and conditions permitting. ‼️ Please note that this is not a tour of an active eruption.
