What a great day! We have done other cooking classes but this is the Best we have ever enjoyed! From a glass of Vermut, a wonderful Chef with fun tips and made it easy for the 6 of us to be involved. Rosie offered wines that were very good, a step above in quality. My husband is a very well read home chef and thought the experience was great! Kudos to All

Excellent experience with an amazing group of people and Jonathan leading the cooking experience. My 20 year old son and I both agreed that it was the best activity booked in Buenos Aires (out of many we had). Excellent food and good wine, it was clear that the people organizing this experience wanted us to have the best time possible, as opposite to the other places we visited. They did not rush us through the cooking, we got offered any extra food or wine we wanted. At the end, they booked us Uber as we could not get a car and I was concerned as I could miss the flight. Highly recommend this place!

This was such a fun day, i'm so glad I booked the cooking class through Criolla. Jonathan (our chef) and Rosie provided a fun and welcoming atmosphere where we learned how to make our empanadas from dough to filling, and finally how to fold and pinch the empanadas. I learned a lot, had a lot of fun, had great wine, and left very full and happy. I'd highly recommend this to learn more about Argentinian cuisine and if you want to learn something about cooking techniques. Cherry on top was that the steak the chef prepared for us was one of the top steaks I had while in Buenos Aires.

We had an incredible experience at the Criolla cooking class! We had always wanted to learn how to make empanadas, and this class exceeded our expectations—not only did we make the dough from scratch, but we also prepared two delicious fillings: mushroom and beef. We also learned how to make flan, which turned out to be a highlight. While I wasn’t initially excited about the dulce de leche flan, it was absolutely phenomenal! Chef Tomás prepared an amazing beef dish with a Malbec reduction, and our wine glasses were kept full as we sampled a variety of excellent Argentine wines. Throughout the class, we learned a lot about Argentine culture, and both Chef Tomás and the wonderful server Marina were eager to answer all of our questions. The setting in Palermo was perfect—the kitchen was modern, spacious, and spotless. Overall, this was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time at this cooking class! Learned how to make delicious empanadas from scratch, and the hands-on experience was both fun and informative. The instructor was engaging, making the whole process enjoyable. To top it off, we got to enjoy a fantastic meal at the end. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn, cook, and have a great time!
